Can I order without a customer account?
No, the creation of a customer account is required to place an order on the site. Having an account allows you to manage your orders from your dashboard.

You can create a customer account when you place your order or by clicking on "my account > create an account", before placing your order.
How to change the email address of my account?
To change the e-mail address of your customer account, log in by clicking on "my account" and access the dashboard of your user account. Then select "Account details". You will then be able to change your e-mail address.
How to change my delivery and billing addresses?
You can change your delivery and billing addresses in exactly the same way as your email address. Log in to your user account and access your dashboard. Then click on "Addresses".

Which payment methods are accepted?
We only accept payments by credit card, via the secure payment system Stripe. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address

For SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. For your own security, we do not store any payment information. Payments are made via Stripe, so that we can ensure that important information remains confidential and private.

You can manage your orders, track its status and access your purchase history from your customer account.
However, to track the delivery of your package, go to the website of the delivery service provider with the tracking number of the package that will be communicated to you after your order.
